Bria, also known as Pretty Phase, is the owner of The Pretty Phase Collection. She is a 23 year old hustler born and raised in Wilmington, DE. This business started off as just The Gloss… but then it became more than just lipgloss. It became the collection which includes bonnets, edge scarfs, jibbitz, and so much more to come.
