Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

To begin a return, please email: prettysavedblessed@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size only (if inventory is available).

If your desired size is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed merchandise
  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and are made or secured specifically for you.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier or production delays.

Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale.

Yes — we offer size exchanges if inventory is available and your purchase has not been shipped. If your desired size is sold out, store credit may be issued instead.

5. What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pretty Saved Blessed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be in processing.

7. How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size guide listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us before placing your order.

8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited edition and may not be restocked. To stay updated on restocks and new launches, join our email list.
