How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
No cancellations or edits can be made to order. All order are FINAL.
What happens if an item I ordered is now out of stock?
In this case, we will reach out to you for the inconvenience with the phone number or email provided to us. A refund or accommodation will occur for this inconvenience.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders take 2-3 business days to ship. You will receive an automatic tracking number via email. Delivery can take up to 3-7 business days with USPS this does not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the shopping process. USPS will need to be contacted once you receive your tracking number.
